We aren't like other gyms with cynical sign-ups and fees, who try to charge you JUST the right amount where you won't regret not coming in, but also won't cancel your membership. That's NOT who we are. We believe in pushing you to the limit to reach your potential, using our custom, individually tailored workouts and nutrition guidelines that will get you the results you are looking for. We have customers from ages ranging from 13 to 72. With a wide variety of goals, and also different injuries to work through. Clients have had shoulder issues, back issues and knee issues and each one we have been able to work with and overcome further injury. We also work with recovering surgery, chemotherapy and physical therapy clients to help regain strength, flexibility and mobility.

Make sure it is the right fit, first and foremost. Motivation can be a difficult obstacle to overcome and you don't want anything extra getting in your way! If your drive is too long, or the vibe isn't for you, etc...then try to make sure you find a place that fits you personally, because all of those elements can lead to you losing the willpower you need to be successful! We customize our workouts to each client individually, to do the best we can to know exactly what they want...so we can deliver the results.
Know what you are getting into. Starting a workout routine is not easy, (if it were, everyone would do it). Know yourself and your strengths and weaknesses, and make sure you share these with your trainer. Any injuries or conditions that might make it difficult for you to achieve your goals should be talked about up front as well, as those are just challenges that are there to overcome. Know what you would like to get out of a program, so the trainer can make sure you are always moving toward those goals, and build you a realistic plan to achieve them!
