How did you get started teaching?
Academics - I began teaching out of what seems a innate desire to help others learn and develop their skills and passions. I have always loved teaching!

I have worked with children through adults in both an academic and movement realm. I have worked with typically develooing individuals, individuals who have experienced trauma, and students who have Down syndrome, dyslexia, autism, and ADHD.

Academics - What are your strengths and what areas would you like to improve. What is your learning style? Or, how do you learn best?
Yoga - Do you have any health problems? Hips, joints, surgeries, headaches, etc.? What would you like to get out of a yoga class? Do you want to tone, strengthen, gain flexibility or mobility? What types of exercise do you enjoy? What is your experience with yoga?
