My name is Mandy Cano and I own and operate MACV Studios. I am a visual artist who has experience teaching lessons to all ages. I've taught painting and drawing for 10 years at the college level, and have also taught young children and adults. Whatever medium - acrylic, oil, charcoal, watercolor, pastels, collage, or clay - I will be happy to discuss what you'd like to learn.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Before we begin lessons, I want to know about your interests. By learning what you want to paint or draw, the skills you hope to acquire, or about the sort of styles you like (and dislike), I am able to shape clases to best fit your goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For over 20 years I have taught at a variety of levels, from grade school to high school and college. I also have experience teaching older students, and students with disabilities. Classes include oils, watercolor, acrylic, drawing, collage and mixed media.

1 hour x 2 students = $30
2 hours x 1 student = $45
2 hours x 2 students = $55
