I have loved being a student here and I am honored to teach within this amazing community. It offers a space of transformation through hatha, yin, vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, a book club, as well as workshops that inspire and support healing and growth. If you are looking to go beyond the poses to deep transformation, this is the studio for you!

Once you experience Spirit Rising Yoga, you wont be able to go anywhere else! Everyone at the studio is so welcoming, and knowledgeable. If interested in teacher training, Lisa creates a learning experience that will guide you to being an authentic yoga instructor. I traveled over an hour just to come here and it was worth it!

The pictures do not do this place justice. Spirit Rising Yoga and Meditation was fantastic. I’m from out of town and I wish I found this places the first day of my stay. What a great space and energy. They teachers were we so good. I will miss it, There is nothing like this where I live, they are all corporate cookie cutter places. Thank you for making me feel welcome, at peace and relaxed.
