Sacred Space Yoga Practice

I teach private one on one lessons or groups you create . We will arrange a meeting time based on my availability and your request where I will come to your home or space of your choice. You are requesting private instruction so payment is based on this hour just for you. By focusing on private and semi private sessions I can cater the lesson to your level and needs, whether this is your first experience or beyond.

I love working one on one to give my clients exactly what they need and want at their own pace. I love sharing the practice of yoga and teaching people how to uncover all of the benefits that are possible from an ongoing practice.
