I also teach Yoga Nidra which is a sleep based meditation technique that guides you into a deep relaxed state allowing for restoration and healing. Yoga anyone can do it is done lying down or sitting in a chair.
I enjoy helping People master the inner dimension of the mind.
Watching and noticing transformation happening, as awareness comes from practicing the true essence of Yoga.

I was on a path to discover truth and that path let me to yoga.
I use to be a gym goer and I found yoga at my gym and quit all forms of workouts and did just yoga. Through this experience I discovered the importance of the mind, slowing down and living a balanced lifestyle.
I have worked with people with anxiety and depression.
I have also worked with others with limitations in the body
*limitations in the body and mind
I teach Yoga Nidra, it's a transformational Yoga anyone can do...it is done lying down or sitting in a chair.
Just recently a young woman came in with great anxiety she's been dealing with for a while… After one yoga Nidra session she left the building with NO anxiety. Another woman came in with very little movement in the body, overweight and has been dealing with pain for years...she left feeling her legs which she hasn't felt in years and more movement in the body...after one class!
You need to feel comfortable and resonate with a teacher you are considering hiring.
