I first became aware of Lois Stanfields work through Heather Michelle. I have participated in two of her webinars and found them extremely helpful. Lois has a refreshing way of teaching...not from a place of I know everything, but a true spirit of wanting to pass down what she knows and truly wanting to be helpful.

I have taken several online classes from Lois and loved each one! Her lessons are easy enough for a beginner to follow while incorporating many amazing tips and trips for those more advanced. I love how many differing techniques I’ve learned in her classes. She is so good about showing her process from prepping the image to finishing the painting, while keeping things moving fast enough to keep her students engaged. I highly recommend her as a teacher and never miss a chance to join one of her online workshops!

I watched one of Lois’ instructional videos on graphite painting in Corel Painter. It was wonderful. I’ve used the technique on several less than high quality images that saved the day! AND, I had fun!! She are a very thorough instructor and her methods are easy to grasp.

I find Lois to be articulate, thorough, passionate and considerate. She responds quickly with answers to your questions. I enjoy her artwork and lessons. I would highly recommend.
