Journey Fitness
About
My service stands out from a convenience standpoint. I travel to my clients, so there is no need for gym memberships, drive time to the gym, or feeling uncomfortable at a gym. I also bring all the weights and other equipment needed for your workout.
I also serve as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for a local private high school. My employment there ensures that I have had a background check and drug testing. I share this because you want to know who you are inviting into your home.
I enjoy seeing improvement with my clients. Whether they are rockin' fat loss or perfecting their form on a hang clean, it amps me up!
