Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process for working with new students is giving basic light cardio to get their energy up, and then a deep stretch to warm up the body and loosen up tense muscles. All muscles must be warmed to have the best results in the class. I'll give basic across the floor counts to give an idea of what I am teaching for 20 minutes, and then I will instruct an entire routine that lasts a 3-5 days.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What type of dance are they looking for, what type of technique, and how could they use the classes truly to their advantage.
