I am a USNTA, USPTA certified tennis instructor trained by Rick Macci seven time coach of the year .I provide tennis instruction for kids and adults. Formerly a coach in Southern California for Youth Tennis League. My specialty is teaching the fundamentals of tennis using the newest techniques. Kids new to tennis aged 5-10 years old have the option of learning on smaller courts utilizing low compression balls until they graduate to regulation balls and courts. One of my students who was taught using this method finished 2011 as the number one ranked girl in the USTA 10 year old girls division in the state of Missouri. My student has now qualified to play in Gateway Girls 14's and the Girls 16's only the top 8 qualify for this tournament. Private lessons 25.00, group lessons two or more students 15.00 per student. Racquet rentals are available for those without a racquet 5.00 per lesson. I will teach in Chesterfield at the local courts in the sub-division of Wild horse. I will be teaching Monday - Sunday. 2014 - Lessons will start sometime in March 2014. All ages are welcome for training and games, match play. Gateway way will be offered for the younger students utilizing 18' court, starting with foam balls and graduating yo orange,green dot balls(compression Balls). we will be using the ball machine, Serve radar and other equipment. I will be coaching the JV/Varsity tennis team at CBC in 2017 with Pete Demos. We will have our annual Tennis Camp in June 2017.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Evaluate the students strokes. Ask a few questions . Sometimes a student answer the question by saying my parents make me take lessons. The parents lets the student try different sports to see if they enjoy it. If not I talk with parents if they want to continue with lessons if their kid has no interest in tennis which I inform the parents that they wasting their money and time and should focus on the sport their child enjoys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
went to Memphis for USPTA training certification process and on court training. Playing experience is a benefit to relate to a student.

My fee is priced below or equal to the current market. I trained at IMG Academy and Rick Macci, Harold Solomon academy. Gained a lot of knowledge and training techniques from all three which my competitors do not have this knowledge and methodology.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
have to see how patient the instructor is. Have the ability to translate information to every level of player. Techniqual experience, racquet position, arm position and all important footwork.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
how much drilling is there. What am I going to learn. Let the coach know what level of player do you want to be a rec player or a tournament player.
