My primary focus is on improving my clients Functional Capabilities by increasing their Mobility, Strength and Balance Levels. A couple examples are working on rotation and extension of the thoracic spine and stability and mobility of the hips.
My training philosophy is "Train Smarter, Not harder"
I love the way Personal Training changes the lives of my clients. Nothing can top the feeling of satisfaction I get when leaving a clients house after a training session and thinking about how much better they are moving since we began working together.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have a face to face consultation to see if we want to work together and I give them paperwork (Medical/Health Histories, Concent Form and my Business Policies) that is filled out and them discussed before we start training.
