I love transformations. It's incredibly rewarding to see a talent or model bring out their best selves. It's one thing to witness them reaching a goal, like walking in a show or having their first professionally paid gig. But it's quite another to see a person bloom as an individual artist. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We conduct a new faces interview to determine the skill level, marketability and needs based on the talents' goals. Based on the information obtained, we make a recommendation on how to proceed towards the talents' path to success.

I've put 12 hours of free webinars in my own social media for models and actors. This amazing community is impacting the local modeling and acting scene in big ways.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Always seek the background of the teacher that you would be working with, not just the company as a whole. I also recommend viewing my YouTube webinars to hear more about Avoiding the Pitchfall that many hopefuls find themselves in.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Find out the success level of the students of the coach. Does that success level equal where you want to be? Does their advice make sense or is it overblown promises that could lead to unrealistic expectations? Carefully gage the ethics involved and don't base decisions on the fear of missing out. This business has been going on for decades. There should be no pressured rush involved in the process.
