My name is Tyrese Hassell , I am 24 years of age , i am a certified personal trainer here in the Raleigh / Durham / Cary area . I have been doing personal training for a little over 3years now , training over 27 clients in that time span.

My method for success training someone is having him/her try to do things they have never done or believed they couldn't do. Why ? Having a person establish a strong belief in their self will build tremendous confidence in that person allowing them to accomplish '"Great things.
