About
I teach gentle yoga and restorative yoga classes. I include mindfulness and yoga Nidra. I also offer nutritional therapy sessions.
I am healing through chronic illness, and as I heal I will be offering more variety. Until then, my focus is to help people reduce stress and anxiety through my favorite version of self care: relaxing and peaceful yoga💗
I am a certified yoga instructor, and member of the Yoga Aliance. I graduated in 2016 as a Nutritional Therapist, then in 2018 as a Yoga Instructor. Now I'm in school studying advanced alternative therapies such as reflexology and aromatherapy to add to my classes.
I love helping people utilize yoga and mindfulness for stress relief and recovery as a healing modality. I specialize in Mindfulness and Restorative, Yin, Nidra, and Gentle Yoga styles.
My students regularly comment on how I'm able to make sure every student is able to participate no matter their mobility level, age, size, etc.
I also get a lot of feedback that my yoga classes make them feel like they just had a massage, even if the class was just online in the comfort of their home.
I am certified to teach Vinyasa, Hatha, and Beginner classes as well, but I am not currently offering those because I am healing from some chronic illnesses that have limited my own mobility. Once I am able to do them again, I will be offering those classes as well.
