About
Coach Rueb is an assistant at Belmont Abbey (DII). He was previously on staff Colorado (DI) and Denver (DI). He has trained kids of all ages, skills & has trained multiple pro's.
Fundamentals!!! It is crucial for young players to get repetitions on the fundamentals! I will help young players get better at the skills that college coaches are looking for.
There are no fluff in my workouts. We will be working on skills that have a direct correlation to in game success.

We will be working towards a college-level workout with the same drills we use with our players at Belmont Abbey College. The drills we will be using are the same drills used at the University of Colorado, University of Denver, Belmont Abbey College, and various other schools.
I love working on the fundamentals with athletes. Basketball is a game where repetitions on the small details make a huge difference!
