Understanding many types of photography allows us to bring a broad wealth of knowledge to our students. And we struve to not overcomplicate the process. We believe great photography comes from a trained eye that can work with light and see moments that capture the essence of your subject. Its out goal to get you excited about experimenting and building your craft.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We assess your current skill level and pair that with your goals as a photographer. From there, we develop a plan to help you learn and hone your craft.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Individual lessons are $75 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I love to see the light come on as students realize the potential they have within. When I share my knowledge with someone, we both learn. It helps me solidify my understanding of photography, while in turn, helping others grow.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked primarily with beginners to help them learn the true potential of their DSLR cameras. Once they understand how to properly use the camera, I help them learn to understand light and composition.
