I enjoy teaching people how to improve their relationship with food. I have a passion for good nutrition and the great effects that it can have on a person's body and lifestyle. I have been a nutritionist for 7 years and have removed thousands of pounds of toxic weight from a large number of people's lives. I would like for you to be my next friend and partner in this journey!!!
Nutrition is one facet of Wellness and I am a person who encourages youth and wellness in the lives of anyone willing to listen. The biggest impact can be made by the smallest changes and I'm a big believer in that. Also, I get to positively impact people's lives!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I begin with a new client, I typically schedule time to have a consultation where we figure out WHO YOU ARE when it comes to food. After setting our goals and diagnosing what health concerns may be part of the process, we move to the food. From their, we determine whether my new client wants Level 1, 2 or Level 3 service which can range anywhere from Nutritional Therapy to Assisted Shopping. From there, we watch the bad stuff disappear and the good stuff start to appear!!!
