I take a no-fluff approach to fitness. Every workout is constructed and completed in a way that wastes no time and consists of only EFFECTIVE training techinques proven through science and experience.

Many other trainers out there just DO NOT have the experience or the knowledge to understand what really matters in a workout routine. I help the my clients by programming ONLY what will work for the INDIVIDUAL client. Because of my extensive experience, I have seen what works and what doesn't, which has allowed me to help my clients reach their goals faster, more effectivly, and in a way that remains fun!

To make a long-story short, my phylosophy is "no B.S." fitness. We have a mission, lets get it done!

Fitness is important not only to improve the physical body, but to imporve and suatin postive mental health as well. this is why I love what I do! I love improving the lives of my clients and being a part of their positive journey as they progress toward impactful change! I'm pumped to find new clients to serve and caoch! Together, we can reach your goals and make a better YOU!

    HOW DOES REMOTE COACHING WORK?

    1. Conduct a Consult

    First, we will conduct a consult to assess your current situation and determine your fitness goals. Together, we will figure out the best plan for you to meet those goals in a realistic way. You will also be orientated to the remote coach/client relationship and set an official start date for your training. After the consult, you'll be sent you welcome package!

    2. Receive Your Welcome Package and Download the TrueCoach App

    Your welcome package will include anything possibly not covered in the consult and will also include your own individualized nutrition guide for your new fitness goals. 

    You will also gain access to your programming through the easy-to-use TrueCoach app (free for clients). Your complete training plan will be available to you 24/7 through the app.

    3. Start Training!

    You will receive continuous guidance from your Coach (Dan) while you work to achieve your fitness goals. It is a true personal trainer experience, just in a remote fashion. 

    As you progress, you will have continuous contact with your trainer, be able to make adjustments to training (if necessary), and conduct periodical assessments to ensure you are making progress effectively!

    14yrs experience physical fitness training. Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NASM (Gold-Standard). Wide-range of client goals (that have been achieved)!

    US Army Ranger qualified and 2019 Best Ranger Competition completion. Ultra-marathon runner. Experience working with the THOR3 Army Special Operations fitness program. Master Fitness training.

    I am always willing to talk about pricing, I don't EVER want money to be a limiting factor for my client's goals.

    I found my passion as a leader in teh U.S. Army, teaching Soldier how to improve their fitness and seeing the positive results of their improvemnets.

    I am also a fitness fanatic!

    I have worked with clients of a wide age-range with goals ranging from increases muscle mass, to loosing over 50lbs, to training for specific athletic competitions or events!

    I have a wide-range of skills and knowledge, coupled with confidence and experience, making me an excellent choice for most people looking to improve their fitness.

    The Best Ranger Competition is my favorite physical-oriented event thus far in my life.

    Look for someone passionate about what they do, otherwise you will ALWAYS get a product that is less than great.
