As an Exercise Science graduate of Gardner-Webb University and avid lover of fitness, I have the knowledge and experience to help you reach your training goals! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each new client receives a free assessment where we discuss their goals, medical and training history, assess nutrition, and enjoy a free training session!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University, a 300 hour internship at Loray Athletic Club, 2 years of personal training and group class experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Individual training sessions range from $35 to $65 per session depending on training type and frequency. The first session is always free!
How did you get started teaching?
I started training through my love for fitness, and personal growth and results in my fitness journey. My internships at the YMCA and Loray Athletic Club fostered my passion and skill set even further!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with men and women of all ages, and tailor training to fit individual fitness goals. Most of my clients goals have been to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, or simply learn proper form.
