Hello, My name is Tim. I am very excited to join Lessons.com. I first picked up the guitar three decades ago. Both beginner and intermediate players will benefit from my musical education. I have ten years of formal music instruction and performance experience.

For the beginning player; either child or adult:

Together, we will customize lessons based on your feedback, needs and goals. I will introduce different guitar styles and techniques that are of a particular interest to you. Together, we will simplify learning musical notes and guitar chords.

For the intermediate player:

Learn your favorite classic rock song on the guitar. I am always open to your song request. Lessons will be designed for you to maximize your success. Chord progressions, guitar riffs and basic music theory are some of the topics we will cover.

You can always expect patience and insight from me during each lesson. I always encourage your feedback. Also, by request, I can help you to learn how to read printed music. Our main goal will always be playing music on your guitar.

I will provide affordable rates for everyone. I can work out multi-lesson package rates if you are interested in additional discounts.
