I'm a personal training, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) trainer and group fitness instructor. I've worked at various facilities in Lexington over the last few years. The great benefit for customers working with me, is that you are not required to be a member at a gym. By working with Change Your Fit, we provide the access to the gym facility and give you the greatest fitness opportunities available.
I work with clients of all ages. Some of my clients are in high school and others are retired. I've worked with many different clients over the years with chronic illnesses, diabetes, and even those going through chemo and want to try and help their body deal with illness.
My favorite type of fitness instructing is for women's fitness and specifically an all-women's boot camp. I've had a great group of ladies that continue to enjoy the positive healthy benefits of a boot camp setting.
