I offer one on one fitness training focusing on weight lost, toning, conditioning, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, functional movements and boxing training for health or self defense. I offer diet tips and healthy eating strategies. I make fitness easy by teaching basic fitness for the body type of WHO i am training at the time. I have over 15 years experience in fitness and health. I have taught the love of fitness from all over the United States and Canada. I am known for helping anyone achieve his or her preferable body type or mindset. I will not only help you achieve your goals by demonstration but I will also be your one on one support person. I have studied kinesiology, nutrition, and self movement dynamic. I want to teach all who is onboard to know all the raw fitness knowledge I have. I was also a professional boxer and have skills that can work in to everyday activity such as self awareness and defense. I love what I do because I love seeing people becoming more confident and excited about life through healthy habits! What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I set up an appointment to go over goals for the client. I have clients fill out a form about what he/she wants to achieve. Next, I set up an assessment. I do a short workout to see where the client is and assess where he/she wants to be. I then create a schedule based on an individual assessment.
