About
My name is Jose Luis Lamelas and from the beginning of my professional career I have always been involved in the hospitality industry. While my beginnings were in the front of house: waiter, sommelier, and maître d, my experience has taken me through all of the possible positions within a restaurant. Grandson, son, and nephew of restaurant businessmen and teachers of hospitality and the culinary arts. Through all of my experiences in the kitchen and front of house, my passion for the excellence motivated me to study the culinary arts at C.I.F.P. Compostela in Santiago de Compostela, Spain – a school with more than 50 years educating waiters and chefs who have earned many Michelin stars over the years. Now I would like share with others all the knowledge I was learning along the years .
I love to teach all the secrets behind the fine dining service , the excellence of the product and the new and old culinary tecniques. The respect for the enviroment , the care for the flavor and the love for the hi quallity are some of our goals.
