About
Hello, as a chanteuse extraordinaire, I have performed throughout the USA and Europe; I have also produced 12 CDs, displaying my musical diversity and dexterity with genres and sounds. However, one of the specialty’s that I am most proud of is my ability to help my private students discover their innermost artistry, as I expose them to the complexities and subtleties of the Arts. In 1987 as Founder/Artistic Director of the non-profit company “Opera on the Go”, my goal was to introduce American opera to family audiences, thus creating the audiences of tomorrow. Under that mission statement, several of my operas were presented on PBS, along with presentations of me conducting theater and vocal Workshops in New York City schools. For the last several years, having relocated, I have specialized in bringing selections from the American Songbook to audiences in South Jersey. I have a Masters in Education, with graduate training in drama and voice from New York University, and the Vienna Conservatory in Austria. Please check out my website: operaonthego.org and pull up my various performances.
I enjoy, and am quite good at, imparting my artistic knowledge to the next generation of performers. I instill in them the dedication, effort and discipline the Arts require.
