We work on Conditioning the Athlete along with the skill set is a very important part of Development. One of the biggest problems right now in sports is the development of the body most just play sports but no performance enhancement so we build the body up alongside the skill development so it's a more rounded athlete.

I love when a person comes to me with zero confidence and a very low skillset and a few session later to see the growth and development start to come together is the most beneficial thing to me.

    He will let you make your mistakes but will go back and tell you what you did wrong. And won’t move on until you get it right. He will also pull you to the side and work with you on the side. He’s not just a regular trainer. This is about developing you and making you better not about the money for him. And he really does push you, and eventually at some point in time you will give it your all and he will hold you to that expectation because he knows what you’re capable of.
