We work on Conditioning the Athlete along with the skill set is a very important part of Development. One of the biggest problems right now in sports is the development of the body most just play sports but no performance enhancement so we build the body up alongside the skill development so it's a more rounded athlete.
I love when a person comes to me with zero confidence and a very low skillset and a few session later to see the growth and development start to come together is the most beneficial thing to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It's usually one hour of Conditioning then one hour of Skillset. Shooting, dribbling, passing, catching, rebounding, your basketball IQ,, We develop athletes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've played the game at high levels and was blessed to be taught by Gil Reynolds And Early Managaut.
