What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My sessions are usually intense with cardio, strength, and of course, stretching. Prior to onboarding a client, I make sure we both understand each other and are working for the same goals.

How did you get started teaching?
I was an Olympic style competitor for over nine years in Taekwondo. During that time I wanted a profession that allowed me the flexibility to train, compete and make a living.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are serious and ready to commit to training. Because that is the main key to reach there fitness goal.

I would asked them about; goals, accountability, commitment, previous fitness experience, long term goal.
