I am a certifyed yoga teacher for beginners with 2 years of teaching experience. I teach both asanas (phisycal postures) and pranayamas (breathing exercises). My class is a balanced mixture of healthy alignment, dynamic flow, stretching and restorative postures.
Available time: Tuesday - Saturday from 5 pm. Monday - until 11 am. (only female students)
I've been practicing yoga for about 10 years. In the course of this time I developed special tools that help me overcome daily tireness and stress. Yoga became an oxyjen for my body, mind, and soul. I love sharing my expering and knowledge with people, thus helping them achieve both psysical and inner wellbeing.
