I will travel to you if preferred. I provide challenging workouts with or without equipment. I am willing to train you outdoors if preferred. And can train you in a gym setting if preferred.

I really enjoy meeting new people, teaching people about health and fitness, how to do an exercise with proper form, and building their self confidence. This is a passion I have naturally. I explain everything we do so that clients can learn from me, so that they can do it on their own as well. It's important to me that you eventually can put your own workourts together, to make you more independent in pursuing your fitness goals.

I complete an assessment of their knowledge of health, exercise, nutrition and fitness level. I introduce knowledge of the above, and give a sample workout session.

I am a certified trainer through ExpertRating. I took courses in health, nutrition, and how to put group classes and group training together.  I have been teaching group fitness classes for 6 years. I am currently actively training clients in a gym setting and have been training clients for the last 6 years.

My lessons are built into my training sessions. I teach about exercise, muscles, form, and how they all relate during training. I assess nutrition and provide feedback about eating . I charge a flat $30 per hour per person.  Please note I am providing training on a part time basis.  I train clients on the weekends.

I had gained 30-40 lbs in 2005. In 2006 i revamped my eating habits, started exercising one hour a day 5 days a week, and lost all of the weight in six months. Then changed my exercise program and gained 10 lbs of muscle. I was inspired to teach others how to change their lifestyle and motivate others to get fit and healthy, so I became certified in 2006, and have been doing it ever since.

Mostly, I have worked with women who want to lose weight and tone up. I have also worked with people that are fairly fit, and want to get stronger and fitter.

I have a client that has become so inspired to be fit that she has started entering half marathons. She came in 9th place in her last one. I have another client that wanted me take a video of an exercise I had her do, and when she saw the video she was excited about how muscular her arms are becoming. Proud moment.
