Mike coached both of my sons, one in basketball and one in skiing. My son who played basketball said the best thing was “the work ethic he instilled” and my skier son said he liked his “immediate and direct feedback and how to apply it to his skiing”.

Coach Mandel has coached my son the last three years in basketball. My son could not wait to train with coach. The coach has made him a better basketball player but even more importantly made him a better person. Coach always took the time to set behavior goals which were more important then just setting outcome goals. The outcome was a much better basketball player who understood and loved the game by more then double once the coach was done with training.
