I will accentuate core by working with you on strength and resistance training incorporating flexibility and stability. SAQ and endurance programming will keep your body in balance and have you feeling more energized daily. I will meet at clients desired location for a free assessment, training session and explain my program in detail.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$60 per hour; however, I do understand the desire to incorporate a fitness schedule into our daily routine while being on a budget. I'm willing to work out something reasonable on an individual basis.
How did you get started teaching?
I have, for a lifetime, been working out. My love of fitness has brought me to where I am today sharing my journey.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all "clients" age wise from elderly to children, abilities, limitations and working around injuries.
