XBarre is an inclusive space where people of all ages and athletic abilities share the common goal to strengthen, empower and accept their imperfect self.
Barre fusion, StreX stretching and EXhilaration hiit classes are conducted in a 140 year renovated barn. You will feel your stress dissipate the moment you enter.
Classes can be taken inside, outside in our permanent outdoor studio complete with heaters and surrounding gardens, live streamed or via recorded sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
XBarre classes are small in size to allow optimal guidance for all of our clients. Prior to taking a class, we prefer to talk/meet with a client to understand their individualized needs and if they have any physical limitations.
Our classes cater to people of all athletic abilities. So whether it's your first time or you're a barre afficiando, we will offer various options of every move.
All classes are designed to be doable - by every one!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of XBarre in Peapack, NJ. I have been a certified barre instructor for over a decade and have taught thousands of classes. I am also certified in yin yoga which is often incorporated in our StreX stretching classss.
