What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will conduct a consultation session in efforts to find out goals, experience and any other health issues.
Then I will begin to strategize an effective plan of action for my client to experience results as soon as possible.
Furthermore, I will work with my client during our journey to assess the effectiveness of our strategy and modify any needed issues.
I also ensure connection is at the top of our priority list. This is accomplished by giving weekly tips, advice and strategies to stay consistent while away from sessions or thriving environment through my motivational text program.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I am a Certified Succes Coach. I am a Certified Knowledge Broker.

In-Person 1on1 sessions = $65/hour
Monthly Online Fitness Coaching(4 Sessions) = $200/month
Monthly Online Fitness Coaching(8 Sessions) = $300/month
How did you get started teaching?
I began coaching and training basketball athletes over 20 years ago during the summer.
I have organized Health and Fitness Fairs for thousands of men within prisons.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young athletes as young as 8 years of age. I have also worked with older general fitness clients as old as 74. I have also ran Boot Camps for other Fitness Professionals.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I held a 3 day Boot Camp for a College organization event with colleges from all over the US.
Every morning I would guide them through exercises to get their mind and body prepared for the day's agenda.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Know what you want to accomplish and be as specific as possible.
Believe that it is possible and stay consistent and you can acheive anything you desire.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How will the teacher provide a stategy that best suites their needs?
Will the teacher be available for accountibility challenges?
