It's so much fun to share my passion From an early age my grandparents and dad taught me our families Italian dishes. No recipes all from memory I was too little to stand at the table so I stood on a chair. My cousin Neil and I were the only ones that wanted to help make the pasta. My grandfather was the director and my grandmom " Granny " madethe dough. Every Sunday family and friends would fill my grandparents home in Pitfsgrove. Everyone wanted my granny's Gravy with her homemade raviolis , gnocchis , lasagna. No one ever left hungry. Teaching cooking is sharing my love for them and all they taught me Real authentic Italian food.
