I am a Master Trainer for 20+ years. I specialize in Functional Fitness and Sports Performance Enhancement. My focus is on your daily health and improving movement performance. My method is a Mind-Body approach of good posture, flexibility and muscle balance, core stabilization and proper mechanics to produce strength, speed and power. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To get started we begin with a Functional Fitness Assessment session. It is a 1 hour session to discuss current health, injuries and goals. A series of exercises are preformed to identify strength and flexibility needs for a strong balanced body.
From this session I will design a very goal specific and personal program that will be progressive to Areach andssibly exceed your goals. These sessions can be either 45 or 60 minutes
