Color mixing: concepts, materials, and processes

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I am working with each student individually. We always start with basic knowledge of art theory and practice from life. The lessons would go from one art element to the next with practice and personal approach.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from San Francisco Academy of Art with Masters Degree in Figurative Painting.
I also had some classes in Russian Academy in San Petesburg.

I work as art instructor in College level for 12 years.
