I’ve had 4 knee surgeries and was heading for a 5th “clean up”. After speaking with Tony he said “give me 2 months”. I didn’t really see how he would be would be able to fix my knee pain but figured i have nothing to lose. Well in about 5 weeks he was able to help me move better and loosen my hips which in turn made my knee stop hurting. It’s been about 15 months and I’ve not had any pain. I’d highly recommend Tony as a personal trainer my left knee also agrees.

First, we get an idea of what each student wants to accomplish and see if we are a fit for that particular goal. After that, we start off with a Functional Movement Screen to look for any compensation in the body as far as movement goes, so we can work on improving ability. Once we get that situated, we go through programming for the individual that will increase their movement quality as well as take them towards their individual goals. We continue along the process for 4,6, or 8 week cycles, and rescreen and reassess.
