I’ve had 4 knee surgeries and was heading for a 5th “clean up”. After speaking with Tony he said “give me 2 months”. I didn’t really see how he would be would be able to fix my knee pain but figured i have nothing to lose. Well in about 5 weeks he was able to help me move better and loosen my hips which in turn made my knee stop hurting. It’s been about 15 months and I’ve not had any pain. I’d highly recommend Tony as a personal trainer my left knee also agrees.

Tony customizes my work outs to meet my needs (functional movement work that he has identified and I might not want to work on) and my personal fitness goals. He is incredibly knowledgeable and I trust him with the game plan.

His dedication in helping you achieve your goals. Fitness is his passion and it shows by his work ethic. I’d highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a real trainer and not a clock watcher going through the motions. He creates his own types of exercises that push your body to where it needs to be pushed and he keeps you honest!

He changed my life to put it simply. But it was so much more. He helped me to see where I could go. He isn’t touchy feely, but when you achieve something he quietly calls it real. Those are the best of days. He helps me move harder and stronger then I could achieve on my own. He loves the way a body works and his knowledge of that is amazing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First, we get an idea of what each student wants to accomplish and see if we are a fit for that particular goal.  After that, we start off with a Functional Movement Screen to look for any compensation in the body as far as movement goes, so we can work on improving ability.  Once we get that situated, we go through programming for the individual that will increase their movement quality as well as take them towards their individual goals.  We continue along the process for 4,6, or 8 week cycles, and rescreen and reassess.
