Hi! My name is Kari. I'm a Certified Yin Yoga/Restorative Instructor(specialising in Chakra Yin), Usui Reiki Master, Certified Chakra Energy Specialist, Meditation Specialist, Sound and Drum Healer. I've been on this path for 4yrs. After dealing with Chronic Panic Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD for over 19yrs, I knew there was a better way of coping instead of man made medicines. I wanted to get to the root of my problems and not just mask them. My teaching style is meditative, focusing on the breath, and being an observer of the mind and body.

I've always loved helping others. I want people to know that they can come back to self, be centered, and find peace.
