I can train you at your Home or at my gym which have heavybags weights and i have my own gloves, mitts and Vest , I work in the hospitality service but my passion is nutrition, boxing and helping others who want to better themselves. Im a teacher not a coach from the basics to the offensive/defensive technicalities of the sweet science that cater to your body type and strengths. Ive trained in Long Beach United boxing Club, L.A wild card gym and now Mayweathers gym. I got chosen to work with p.b.c boxing commercial by freddie Roach, got a picture with Peter Quillen

Its hands on and improvements are based on proper lessons & directions that can constantly be improved from each attempt. I can show and be shown, I don't believe its always one basic way for all and want to express the why (s) and work upon what works best for you and teach you everything I know to win and survive in one piece.
