I'm a Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach by trade. Connecting with people is what makes me stand out. From high school students trying to build confidence, to Type 2 Diabetics trying to take control of their health, I make the journey fun and attainable.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I go through the basics with my new students. I make sure they have the foundation and proper groundwork built early. Starting with footwork balance and positioning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been teaching Boxing since 2012. I’ve taught for l group fitness programs ,women’s defense groups, private corporate events, and workshops for the Las Vegas Metro Police Academy.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with all types of people. Beginners, experienced amateur boxers, the elderly, children ages 5-13, at risk youth, and kids with special needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Giving a high school student enough confidence to stand up to his bully and defend himself. This has happened at least 3 times in my life and I’m proud each time.
