What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet and i do an assessment of your posture. During this time we are able to see if working together is a good fit for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lot. I continually do education and mentoring from other coaches.
All my credentials require CEU's.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, when i meet with a client in person or Zoom i have them share with me what it is they need and what their goals are.
How did you get started teaching?
A long time ago. Everyone always said I should teach, I was the last to find out. I like teaching clients about their bodies so they can help themselves.

All types. From new moms to professionals, atheletes and anyone interested in improving their current situation and willing to work.
