About
I focus on the details like any good coach, but I also bring the mental toughness and confidence that the athlete needs to be successful. Skill development is easy with repetition, mental toughness is harder to acquire and that is where I focus.
I enjoy the journey of helping people improve and get better at their passions. Sports offer a unique portal into personal development that is hard to get anywhere else and I tap into that portal to infuse my clients with valuable skills on and off the field/court.
