300H certified. 200h Hatha Yoga from Rishikesh. 100H Ashtanga Yoga from Pure Yoga, NYC. I practice Ashtanga 1-3 series. I teach group classes at Hot Spot Yoga Sheepshead Bay & Park Slope Yoga and private yoga sessions. Sharing my knowledge and energy with students of all skill levels(strength, flexibility, caurage, healthy body, healthy mind). Private lessons can be held at the studio or i can travel to you.
I do Thai Massage and Acro Yoga as well. I believe it complements the practice in such a beneficial way.
