About

My personal training business is based upon three main principles: trust, honesty, and excellence.

My first priority as your new trainer is to build confidence in you that you can trust me fully as the expert of your health and fitness needs. I will use all my resources to answer all your questions and concerns. My background and experience have prepared me to attend to a multitude of clients. I have a Bachelors of Science degree, I am a certified athletic trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have a Pain-Free Performance Specialist certification as well as a Precision Nutrition certification. My specialties are strength and conditioning, powerlifting, functional and corrective exercise, kettlebell training, mobility, fat loss and muscle gain.

My second promise to you is to be transparent with you. As your coach, I will let you know exactly what it will take for you to reach your goals and surpass them- it will be up to you to put in the effort. I request that you be honest with yourself and take charge of your actions or inactions. As your coach, I stand here to provide you with the accountability and the support you need each step of the way.

Lastly, our success together depends on both of our continued efforts. I promise to deliver a custom program that is tailored to you, to your lifestyle, and your available resources. I ask that you bring your best game during each training session. Together we will learn habit and mindset skills that will get you to overcome any obstacle. If you cannot tell so far in this read, my approach goes beyond just a really good workout. I care deeply about my client’s success. I know from experience that results depend on a good training program as much as on knowing what to do outside of the training session. My goal together is to help you learn habits that will serve you for a lifetime.

I love what I do because I have seen firsthand how fitness can transform lives. Whether it is being your strongest self, your leanest self, the best version of you depends on a strong will and a well-rounded approach. I can look at someones lifestyle and recognize what's standing in their way of their best health and physique.

Training for me goes beyond better appearance. It is the one way you can push yourself physically as much as you can mentally. You earn the confidence to tackle all the other areas of your life with the same attitude.

Frequently asked questions

First things first is for us to get to know each other and decide if we’d be a good fit together. We’ll conduct an initial complementary consultation which will give me the chance to understand how I can best serve you. It will help me get a better understanding of your health profile and what you are looking to accomplish. This part can be done via a phone call, zoom meeting, or email. From there, I will give you my professional recommendation on training frequency baced on your needs.

Pricing will depend on training frequency per week, travel distance, method of training (in-person vs. online) and if additional and separate nutrition coaching is needed.

I have worked with a variety of students. Having worked in big box gyms I have had the chance to work with many general population clients- from young adults looking to gain muscle, to busy moms and dads looking to get in better shape, to older adults looking to stay strong and resilient in their older years.

I would advise you consider the amount of support you need. Based on your fitness level and past experience consider whether you need somebody who can walk you through a training program, walk you through better nutritional habits, or walk you through better recovery methods. Based on your needs you can decide if you’d benefit from a more personalized approach or you will perform well with minimal guidance.

Think about what brings you here today. Why did you decide to reach out to a fitness professional at this point in your life? Why now and not a year ago? What has prevented you from reaching your goals before? Think of these questions in a more deeper level, be honest with yourself and take responsibility of where you are at this very point.
