Studio "J" Music

I strive to create unique and individual lesson plans for each student. Lessons typically include: technique building; integrated/practicle harmony/theory concepts ( reading, keyboard, scale, rhythm studies etc) Performance: Work on any songs, pieces of music that the student is interested in performing. Solo/Improvisation: At each lesson we will play together building upon the concepts they have been developing. It is a lot of fun!

I started teaching when I was approximately 16 years old. Teaching music is just simply-great! I get to work with people making art, being creative. I feel so lucky I get to do work with people who want to make music!
