Each client has a personalize program to fit their individual needs. Based upon scores from 7 basic movement patterns that we use throughout our everyday life. Before we jump into programming I speak to each client via phone or email to go through a series of questions to help understand their goals and why it's important to achieve these goals. In addition, to exercise history, medical history (if any) and a few lifestyle questions. All information is gathered and used towards building a 3x-2x a week program.

I want to help clients find motivation to make changes not only on their physically appearance but also falling in love with their confidence of who they are! There's nothing like sharing a smile after a client drops their first 10lbs, deadlift 2x their muscle mass, squat their max, improve their mobility and stability in their joints and so much more!

I woke up one day in March 2016, telling myself "I never want to feel this way again" I took charge of my health by signing up for 24 Hour Fitness and keeping myself accountable each day by attending the Gym. I started doing Cardio for an hour for two weeks as I watched other attendees on weight machines.
