About
I offer friendly training and assistance in a friendly manner. I like to work hard and stay focused, but I want the workout to be fun as well. I have over 10 years of experience as a student and teacher and have worked/trained with a range of people from day-one hobbyists to professional fighters. References upon request.
I am a special education teacher by trade, so teaching is my passion. Seeing people grow and knowing I had a hand in that is a huge gift, and cannot be under-emphasized. I want to see you become fit as well as confident and happy while having a good time.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I work as a special education teacher and was placed in a new classroom for the summer session with a new team and group of students. Both my new coworkers as well as the administration have given me praise for my ability to adapt to new students as well as train my new team. I could not be more grateful for the experience.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone with an abundance of patience and a deficit of ego-which explains me perfectly.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Whether they are medically able to do the workout. It's not that its too difficult but health and safety comes first.
