About
Online Group Class: The most cost effective and fun program I offer if you don't require personal customization. I host 35 min LIVE streaming weight training 4x/week. All exercises are explained with demo videos so you can easily follow along while I provide real-time feedback to you. Only I can see/hear students. Students can't see/hear each other. New workouts get released every month.
(2) 1-on-1 or Small Group Online Session: Good fit for someone (or a small group) who wants more customized LIVE training, guidance, and real-time feedback. This service is equivalent to real-life 1-on-1 personal training but in the comfort of your own home. Program is based on your specific goals, availability (35 or 60 min), space and equipment you have.
(3) Monthly Online Programming: Good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own but still wants to receive form check and feedback. You will receive an access to a training app calendar filled with your customized 4-week weight training program, exercise demo videos, a chat feature, and a place to upload your workout results (including videos of you performing exercises). I review each and every workout completed by you.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
You'll fill out a Client Intake Questionnaire for me so that I can learn about your short-term and long-term goals, exercise history, medical history, current activity level, current diet, your availability and access to equipment. If you decide to train with me, we'll also discuss the actual logistics of our first training session.

How did you get started teaching?
Until May 2019, I was a real estate fund tax accountant in one of the Big 4 public accounting companies. Big transition! yes... I wish I could give you an inspirational story of why I suddenly decided to take a leap of faith. But really it just hit me during my one-month vacation in Hawaii that I really want to live the rest of my life doing what actually makes me feel happy and fulfilled. (and hopefully one day... make a half of the salary I used to make as a tax accountant. Ha)
What types of students have you worked with?
I specialize in making women (and willing men's) glutes rounder and stronger. Need help losing body fat, gaining overall muscle size and strength, building nutrition / body knowledge, turning the food, 'your worst enemy', into 'your most valuable supporter' in achieving your fitness goals? Let's talk!

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I encourage you to think about what your very honest and primary goals are. Why are you looking for a personal trainer? It can be a high level general health goals, specific goals, aesthetic goals, numeric goals, etc. Find a trainer who specializes in the areas that align with your goals.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is your honest goals? Short-term goal? Long-term goal? Aesthetic goal? Performance goal? Health-related goal? What do you consider a beautiful body? How do you want your body to look? What type of workouts did you enjoy / stick to in the past 6 months? What type of workouts did you hate and did not stick with in the past 6 months? Are you willing to make necessary changes to your diet to achieve your fitness goals faster? How much time can you invest in achieving this goal (how many training sessions per week)? How much money can you afford to achieve this goal? Where would you ideally like to workout with your trainer?
