Online Group Class: The most cost effective and fun program I offer if you don't require personal customization. I host 35 min LIVE streaming weight training 4x/week. All exercises are explained with demo videos so you can easily follow along while I provide real-time feedback to you. Only I can see/hear students. Students can't see/hear each other. New workouts get released every month.

(2) 1-on-1 or Small Group Online Session: Good fit for someone (or a small group) who wants more customized LIVE training, guidance, and real-time feedback. This service is equivalent to real-life 1-on-1 personal training but in the comfort of your own home. Program is based on your specific goals, availability (35 or 60 min), space and equipment you have.

(3) Monthly Online Programming: Good fit for someone who is self-driven and committed to do the assigned workouts on their own but still wants to receive form check and feedback. You will receive an access to a training app calendar filled with your customized 4-week weight training program, exercise demo videos, a chat feature, and a place to upload your workout results (including videos of you performing exercises). I review each and every workout completed by you.

    Challenging, creative, and convenient, Jamies online sessions offer the perfect balance of fitness and fun for anyone trying to stay active in the comfort of their home. Whether because a pandemic is sweeping the globe forcing your gym closed or because youve just been too lazy to go like me, youll find the accessibility and motivation you need through Jamie.
    I enrolled in several of her full-body and glutes classes and my shoulders, quads, and 🍑 absolutely hate me for it.
    Each class starts and ends with yoga-like stretching and cool-down exercises and takes no more than 35 minutes. The main workouts are super-sets with minimal rest in between, with prerecorded videos of Jamie performing them so that we can follow along the proper form while she can watch and critique ours. The best part is that you can get a killer workout without needing any weights--turns out gravity is pretty damn heavy by itself if you know how to use it (and she does). She might be offering free sessions here and there. 10/10 worth checking out!

    Ive had two classes with Jamie so far and I really enjoy working out with her. She has the most friendly, easygoing, and warm personality, while getting the most out of you. She is very technical and keen to details when it comes to form and movement. Jamie constantly reminds me which area of the body to focus and emphasizes the correct form to get the most out of your movement while preventing injury. Jamies pre-recorded videos of herself doing the exercise are also super helpful to watch, observe, and follow. Shes super fun and understanding. Her classes are relaxed, easy to follow, but makes you sweat at the end. 100% recommend Jamie as your next personal trainer!

    I loved working out with Jamie. Her instructions and demo videos are really detailed and clear. She creates workout combinations that awaken muscles I dont always use and each movement is focused and challenging. Im very active and workout often and really felt my body work during her class. I think someone just starting to work out will be able to follow as well.
    Outside of technique and exercises, I really enjoy Jamies lighthearted demeanor and energy. I especially appreciate her transparency and how willingly she shares information and resources. Shes definitely about that community life ✊🏽

    This fitness thing is completely new to me and this was my first time taking an online fitness class. I was initially nervous, however Jaime’s sweet, encouraging and helpful demeanor quickly put me at ease. She is attentive, organized, and knows what she is doing! There were a few exercise movements that I didn’t know how to do so it was great that she did them in real time with me when I struggled (and I struggle a lot). After class Jaime checked in with me and provided more video instructions on how to practice the movement and better my form. Thank you Jaime and I’m looking forward to seeing you in class again!

    Besides bringing a very attentive and nurturing vibe to her sessions, Jamie provides a nice balance between challenging and fun; I never realize the time going by.
    She not only explains the exercises precisely, but also keeps an attentive eye on your form, tactfully providing encouraging reminders consistently so that its reinforced in your head for the future.
    Her workouts and the use of equipment/props is easily applicable to various environments; lack of equipment has never been an issue because she always has creative ideas hacks prepared.
    As the class participants levels begin to vary more, I look forward to seeing a larger spectrum of modifications -- both harder and easier. This way, youre prepared to level up as you improve or level down when dealing with injuries/limitations.

    I have followed Jamie for a while in IG, and when I saw she was providing online classes I had to jump in and sign up.
    I have had a hard time working out at home since all this quarantine started, I was lacking motivation, so I was very excited to sign up and set aside 30 minutes to start working out again.
    She is great, she makes sure that you are doing the workout the right way and are using the right muscle groups and engage them the proper way.
    I have done some of the workouts before not realizing I was doing it wrong.
    I have done 3 workouts with her now and I am feeling great, I am so happy to have her services, mentally Im feeling good, is helped me get out of this funk, I am feeling the right amount of soreness in the right muscles we been working out 😜
    I look forward to that time to workout with her online, I highly recommend her and the knowledge she provides!

    Until May 2019, I was a real estate fund tax accountant in one of the Big 4 public accounting companies. Big transition! yes... I wish I could give you an inspirational story of why I suddenly decided to take a leap of faith. But really it just hit me during my one-month vacation in Hawaii that I really want to live the rest of my life doing what actually makes me feel happy and fulfilled. (and hopefully one day... make a half of the salary I used to make as a tax accountant. Ha)
