Layla strives to give her students the strength and energy to be the best version of themselves and the motivation to improve their mind, body and spirit. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask new students their fitness goals or if they have any particular things they want to achieve whether it be weight loss, being able to do 10 pull-ups or something related to a specific skill. This way I can create a plan so we can work together to reach their goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years of martial arts training in Karate
8 years of boxing/kickboxing training
12 years of personal training and group fitness experience through NASM
