NY Pole Dancing
About
We are a supportive community of men and women that love and believe in pole dancing as a way to keep your mind and body as healthy as it can be. And have tons of fun while doing it! We teach very progressively so you safely acheive your goals. Our classes are small 5 - 10 people so you will get TLC from the instructor on every class you take with us!
It is fun, creative, challenging and rewarding! Resistance training is tough to get with other forms of dance, but pole dancing offers plenty of it. PLUS you get to enjoy expressing yourself through the art of dance.
