What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask everyone who is interested in working with me to fill out a form and schedule a 30 minutes phone call with me. After the call when we decide that we are a good match for each other I provide a free intro workout, where we meet in person. It gives both of us a chance to see how well we can work together. We decide on which package fits the clients needs the most and start the program.

How did you get started teaching?
I am a former cometitive tennis player. Fitness has been a part of my life since I was 10 years old.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with mostly women who want to lose weight or get in shape, for whom it is important to achieve their goal by creating more balance and harmony in their lives.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Goals are important, but knowing how they want to feel when they achieve their goal is even more important. The program they sign up for needs to give them the same feeling as what they expect from the achievement.
